Natura 1600 was Fujifilm's ISO 1600 C-41 colour negative, built for hand-held available-light shooting with surprisingly restrained grain and natural, warm skin tones. Discontinued and now rare, it is the fastest fine-colour negative many shooters ever loved.
Character & look
Designed to pair with Fuji's Natura point-and-shoots and their fast lenses, 1600 let photographers skip flash indoors and after dark while keeping colour believable rather than muddy. Grain is present but well controlled for the speed, and highlights stay soft. It handles tungsten and mixed indoor light more gracefully than most fast films.

Is Natura 1600 the same as Fujicolor 1600 / Superia 1600?
They are closely related high-speed Fuji emulsions. Natura 1600 was the later, Japan-market refinement tuned for natural colour with the Natura camera system; all are now discontinued.
Can I still buy Natura 1600?
Only as expired stock. It has been discontinued for years, so expect high prices and check that it has been frozen or refrigerated.
